Berry ClafoutiBERRY CLAFOUTI1¼ cups milk ½ cup sugar 3 eggs
½ tsp vanilla Pinch salt ½ cup flour
1 pack frozen Orchard Gold Berries - any pack 3 tbsp sugar
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Blend milk, sugar, eggs, vanilla, salt and flour until combined.
Spray or grease an ovenproof baking dish. Pour half the batter into the dish.
Sprinkle Orchard Gold berries over the batter and sprinkle over 3 tbsp sugar.
Pour remaining batter over the berries.
Bake for 45mins to 1 hour - the clafouti is cooked when puffed and brown and set in the middle. Serve warm, sprinkled with icing sugar.
This is a super easy dessert to make. And any leftovers make a delicious breakfast. |
