Zinger SmoothieZinger Smoothie (contributed by Pauline Baxter) I put about 1 cup of Orchard Gold Super Antioxidant Berries into the blender with a small pottle of yoghurt, then I cut up a piece of fruit from the fruit bowl (could be an orange or apple or peach) and top up the blender with milk or soy milk and some ice cubes if I’ve got some. Then I blitz it all in the blender until smoothe, pour the smoothie into a big glass, drink slowly and get my zing back.
Works every time!
