Your Trader Tom's Recipes


Sean says "Here’s a quick recipe I use regularly – “The Immune Booster”:
 
1 cup blueberries
1 cup acidophilus or Lactobacillus casei probiotic yoghurt
2 cups of skim milk
1 desertspoon LSA (Linseed, Sunflower and Almond) powder
2-3 desertspoons of whey protein powder (low carb)
Plus:
½ carrot (optional)
1 banana (optional)
1 kiwi fruit (optional)
1 tangelo or orange or apple (optional)
1 sachet Uncle Toby’s pre-cooked oats (added when I want this to be a meal replacement)
3 teaspoons Chia seeds (optional)

Put all ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth.
