Ice Blocks, Popsicles, Ice Pops - whatever you call them, they're refreshing on a hot summer's day. Here are two recipes for the under 18's, using Orchard Gold frozen berries.
Berry Puree Yoghurt Ice Blocks
For the berry puree:
1 cup Orchard Gold frozen berries
1 tablespoons icing sugar
Warm the berries and the sugar and stir to dissolve. Blend with a stick blender or in the food processor. If preferred, strain the mixture to remove the seeds. Chill.
Add 2 cups yoghurt to the fruit puree. Pour into Ice Block Moulds, cover with the stick lids, and place in the freezer until firm.

Ice Block Sticks and Ice Block tray
Cut up the larger berries if necessary, and divide amongst the holes in the ice block tray. Pour over apple or orange juice to fill the holes. Add an ice block stick to each hole. Place in freezer until frozen.
And for the grown-ups amongst us: add vodka and crushed ice to berries, pour into moulds and freeze.
