Feijoa Hemp Smoothie Bowl

1 1/2 cup Orchard Gold Well Being + Feijoa and Hemp
1 banana, frozen
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup almond butter
1 tsp vanilla
Optional toppings:
Hemp seeds, fresh feijoa, coconut flakes etc

Place all ingredients, except your toppings and milk into a high-speed blender. Blend and add dashes of milk to reach a thick smoothie consistency. 
Pour into a bowl and top with your chosen toppings and enjoy straight away!
 
Hemp Breakfast Smoothie

1 cup Orchard Gold Well Being + Feijoa and Hemp
1/2 cup orange juice
1 banana
1 cup spinach/kale
1 TBsp hemp seeds
1 TBsp protein powder (optional)

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Top with some more hemp seeds and enjoy!
Blueberry Hemp Chia Jam

1 cup Orchard Gold Well Being + Feijoa and Hemp
1 TBsp maple syrup
1 cup chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla

Add the Feijoa and Hemp and maple syrup into a small saucepan.
Bring to the boil then reduce to a simmer.
Stir in the chia seeds and simmer for 15 mins or until thickened.
Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla.
Allow it to cool before pouring into a container to store in the fridge.
Berries and Cream Milkshake

1 cup Orchard Gold Well Being + Feijoa and Hemp
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 banana
Optional toppings:
Whipped coconut cream

Place all ingredients, except toppings, into a blender and blend until creamy.
Whip the coconut cream by scooping the solid part of the top of the coconut milk can and beat until it looks like whipped cream.
Pour the berry milkshake into a glass and top with the coconut whipped cream.
