Well Being + Acai Bowl![]() 2 cups Orchard Gold Well Being + Maqui Chia Acai
1 banana 1/4 cup almond milk 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1 TBsp maple syrup (optional but highly recommended!) Toppings Your choice! Fresh fruit, granola, peanut butter, coconut, nuts, seeds etc. Place all ingredients (except toppings) into a blender and blend until smooth. Add in splashes of milk until you reach your desired consistency. Pour into a bowl and top with your favourite toppings. Enjoy immediately! |
Well Being + Nice Cream![]() 2 cups Orchard Gold Well Being + Maqui Chia Acai
2 bananas Dash of water 1TBsp maple syrup Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth, adding little dashes of water as necessary. If you have one, use the blender's tamper to help blend. Once it has reached an ice cream texture, pour into a bowl or glass and add any toppings you'd like. Note: this works best in a high-speed blender. |
Power Mango Chia Smoothie![]() 2 cups Orchard Gold Well Being + Maqui Chia Acai
1 cup fresh mango (or defrosted!) 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk 2 TBsp chia seeds 2 TBsp peanut butter 2 TBsp protein powder (optional) Place all ingredients (except toppings) into a blender and blend until smooth. If your blender has an ice-crushing mode, use it to ensure all the frozen fruit blends well into the mixture. |
Acai Pineapple Smoothie![]() 2 cups Orchard Gold Well Being + Maqui Chia Acai
1 cup thickly sliced pineapple 1-2 glasses of water 1 TBsp honey Place all ingredients (except toppings) into a blender and blend until smooth. Add as much water as you need to get your desired consistency. |
