2 cups Orchard Gold Well Being + Turmeric and Ginger
1 orange, peeled
1 cup spinach or kale
Water or orange juice
Optional toppings: sliced oranges, grated fresh turmeric or ginger

Place all ingredients, except water/juice and your toppings, into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth, adding dashes of water/juice as required to reach a thick smoothie consistency.
Pour into a bowl and top with your chosen toppings. 
Grated turmeric/ginger will give it some extra zing and is good for your immune system, enjoy!

2 bananas
1/2 cup milk of your choice

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth, adding more milk in to reach your desired drinking consistency.

1/2 cup coconut water

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth, adding more coconut water in to reach your desired drinking consistency.

1 tsp fresh ginger
1 tsp fresh turmeric
1/2 cup coconut cream
1/2 cup orange juice

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth, adding more juice in to reach your desired drinking consistency.
