1/2 cup The Smoothie Collection Naked Wild Blueberries
1/4 avocado
1 TBsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 medjool date
1/2 cup milk
Optional: 2 handfuls of spinach

Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup plain greek yoghurt
1/2 medium banana
1/2 cup chopped beetroot
1 cup The Smoothie Collection Naked Wild Blueberries
1 tsp minced fresh ginger
1 TBsp honey

Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Wild Blueberry Muffins

Makes 8 muffins
2/3 cup white sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup sour cream or yoghurt
1 cup The Smoothie Collection Naked Wild Blueberries, frozen
1 TBsp brown sugar (optional topping)

Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a muffin tray.
Combine white sugar, egg, oil, milk, and vanilla in a bowl and stir until well combined.
Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt together and add into the wet ingredients until just combined.
Stir in sour cream and fold in blueberries.
Spread the batter into the muffin tray. Remember, the more batter, the higher the muffin will be.
Sprinkle the tops with extra blueberries (lightly pressed in) and brown sugar.
Bake for 25 - 30 minutes, or until the tops spring back when lightly pushed.
Cool slightly in the tray before serving.
Wild Blueberry Turmeric Zinger

1 cup The Smoothie Collection Naked Wild Blueberries
1 cup frozen mango
1 tsp freshly grated ginger (or 1/4 tsp ground)
1 TBsp peeled chopped turmeric root (or 1 tsp ground)
2 tsp orange zest
1 TBsp apple cider vinegar
1 TBsp coconut oil
1 1/2 almond milk
Pinch of black pepper

Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Wild Blueberry Snowballs

1 cup The Smoothie Collection Naked Wild Blueberries (thawed)
12 dates
1/2 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup almond butter
1 cup oats
Handful of desiccated coconut

Thaw out some wild blueberries, keeping any juice that leaks out of the berries.
In a food processor, blitz up the dates before adding in all other ingredients, except the coconut.
Pulse the processor to blend together the ingredients.
Hand roll the mixture into small balls before rolling in coconut to coat.
Refrigerate for about an hour before devouring.
