18 south 4 berry smoothie

What could be simpler … fruit, juice (or milk or yoghurt), blend, drink.    Try this in the morning, after school, after work, after workouts, you’ll notice the difference.

1 cup -18 south frozen fruit (still frozen)                       

2 cups fruit juice (any kind), yoghurt, milk, soy milk, or a mix of these
Put ingredients into a blender and blend for a couple of minutes. 

Adjust the liquid to your desired thickness. 

This will make enough smoothie for 3 big glasses.

Have you noticed that 18 south four berry mix sometimes has green grapes and sometimes has red grapes?  This is due to the seasonal availability of the table grapes.  We pick the best available at the time of packing.
