1 serving porridge, prepared to your liking
2 tablespoons 18 south blueberries
2 teaspoons brown sugar
½ cup non-fat milk or soy milk
Add 18 south blueberries to prepared porridge for the last 30 seconds – 1 minutes of cooking, so that the berries thaw.

Pour over milk and sugar as desired.
