18 south blueberry smoothie blast

Blueberry smoothies are a health giving boost to the brain and the body - summer and winter.   Try this simple one in the mornings or after exercise.


INGREDIENTS
METHOD
MAKE THIS WITH
½ cup nonfat milk
½ cup plain nonfat yogurt
1 cup 18 south blueberries
1 teaspoon honey
(add 2 tablespoons protein powder for an after work-out smoothie)
Put all the ingredients into a blender and process until smooth.
 
 
Pour into glasses and enjoy.
