Tropical Hydrator" (Post-Workout Slushie)



A light, refreshing option that focuses on recovery and electrolytes.


  • Ingredients:

    • 1 cup Tropical Dragon Kissed Tropicals

    • 1 ½ cups Pure Coconut Water

    • A handful of Fresh Mint leaves

    • A pinch of Pink Himalayan Salt (for minerals)


  • Method:

    1. Blitz all ingredients on high until it’s a slushie consistency.


  • Why it works: The potassium from the coconut water and mango supports electrolyte balance after exercise.
