Tropical "Sunset" Ice Blocks


These are perfect for kids (and adults) on hot NZ summer days. They are 100% fruit with no added nasties.


  • Ingredients:

    • 2 cups Dragon Kissed Tropicals

    • 1 cup Pure Coconut Water or filtered water

    • Optional: 1 tbsp NZ Manuka Honey


  • Method:

    1. Blend the frozen fruit and coconut water until smooth.

    2. Pour the vibrant pink mixture into ice block moulds.

    3. Freeze for at least 4–6 hours until solid.


  • Why it works: A hydrating, antioxidant-rich snack that replaces sugary store-bought popsicles.
