Frozen Fruit & Yogurt Bites

A super-quick, healthy snack made with just three simple ingredients. Perfect for busy afternoons, afterschool treats and desserts


Ingredients

• 1½ cups frozen Blueberry–Mango–Cacao Mix

• 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

• 1 Tbsp honey (or maple syrup for vegan option)


Method

1. Prepare the Base: In a medium bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt and honey until well combined and smooth.

2. Fold in Fruit: Gently fold in the frozen fruit mix (no need to thaw!). Ensure the fruit is evenly coated with the yogurt mixture.

3. Mould and Freeze: Spoon the mixture into silicone moulds (mini muffin trays or ice cube trays work well). 

4. Set: Place the moulds into the freezer for at least 2 hours, or until the bites are completely firm.

5. Serve: Pop the bites out of the moulds and enjoy immediately!
