Tropical Cacao Nice-Cream

 

Serves: 3 | Prep: 10 min | Freeze: 2 hr


Ingredients:


2 cups frozen Blueberry–Mango–Cacao Mix


1 frozen banana


½ cup coconut cream, or yoghurt


1 tsp vanilla extract


Method:


Blend all ingredients until creamy.


Spoon into a mould shape of your choosing and freeze 2 hours.


Scoop and serve with toasted coconut flakes.
