10-Minute Berry Compote

A simple "life hack" use the berry compote as a topping for pancakes, waffles, or ice cream.

  • Ingredients: 2 cups Orchard Gold Divine Duo, 2 tbsp sugar (optional), and a splash of lemon juice.

  • Method: Place all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat. Simmer for 5–8 minutes, mashing a few berries to release their juices, until the mixture thickens into a jam-like consistency.

Quick Tips

  • Natural Cooling: You can use the berries straight from the freezer to cool down hot porridge or granola.

  • Instant Treats: For a 2-minute "instant ice cream," pulse the frozen Divine Duo with a splash of cream and a touch of vanilla in a high-speed blender.
