Rustic Berry Granola Bake

A warm, bubbling dessert or decadent brunch dish that uses the berries' juices to create a natural syrup.


  • Ingredients: 450g Orchard Gold Divine Duo, 75g sugar, 1 tbsp cornflour, and 10 crushed honey oat snack bars (or 2 cups of your favourite granola).


  • Method: Toss the frozen berries with sugar and cornflour in an ovenproof dish. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes. Top with the granola/bars and bake for another 10 minutes until golden.


  • Serving Suggestion: Serve hot with a dollop of Greek-style yoghurt.
