Cafe-Style Mixed Berry Muffins

Moist, fluffy muffins where the berries are folded in frozen to prevent them from breaking up and streaking the batter.


  • Ingredients: 2 ½ cups plain flour, ¾ cup sugar, 3 tsp baking powder, 1 ½ cups milk, ½ cup oil, 1 tsp vanilla,  ½ tsp Salt, and 1 ¾ cups Orchard Gold Divine Duo.


  • Method: Whisk dry ingredients, then fold in wet ingredients until just combined. Gently fold in the frozen berries.


  • Pro Tip: Use an ice cream scoop to fill muffin liners to the top for that "cafe-style" domed look. Bake at 180°C for 25–30 minutes.
